Do you have a picture of the label with this number? I ask because there are more tube reference numbers than production date codes. Lutherluke hi while dating is not supposed to be as accurate with serial number as with date stamp on the label or EOI number on the transformer- the serial number you give is i think 1973 see bottom of this page any help?

The code follows the format: = a number from 1 - 52 indicating the week of manufacture.
